Cough and Immune System Boosting Syrup
​Boost your immune system, treat your cough and stay healthy with this recipe.
Ingredients:

4 limes or lemons, squeeze the juice into a glass

Honey (same amount of lime/lemon juice) in a separate glass

1 glove of garlic
-
1 small onion or 1/2 Large Onion White or Purple

a pinch of ginger (very small)

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until liquefied. Take 3-5 tablespoons 3 times a day with meals.

Steps to Prevent COVID-19

​In addition to following proper hygiene including a face mask in public, we recommend the following:

Drink plenty of water (48-64 oz. a day, 3 to 4 bottles a day

Sleep 8 hours a day and exercise (walking, gardening) in the sunlight for 30 min a day 3 times a week. Sleep and exercise are excellent for the immune system. Sunlight kills microorganisms

Eat 2 fruits a day, Eat a large fresh vegetable salad every day. I bowl of beans a day (lentils, peas) Do not eat between meals. Wait 5 hours between meals. Try to make 70% of what you eat whole plant foods.]

Avoid sweets, and sugary drinks and juices, fatty laden and fried foods, cold meats, sea food and pork, alcohol and tobacco, coffee, black tea. These cause stress and inflammation which weaken the immune system.

Eat, green leafy vegetables, legumes, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, garlic, grapes and apples, nuts, because they are rich in Zinc and Quercetin, both help kill viruses.

Heat boosts the immune system. Do contrast showering. To do this make sure you are safe to prevent falls, to do this, you may need the help of someone else.
